An injection-molding manufacturer needed to analyze individual cavities on a complex mold overlaying multiple charts. We quickly met the client's requirements by incorporating a custom chart into the SPC1+ Enterprise package, which it designed using ActiveX controls. In less than a week, the manufacturer controlled its individual process streams within each mold cavity, reducing scrap.

An automotive supplier using an HMI/SCADA system wished to measure quality within its plant. By using our SPC1+ ActiveX controls, the customer was able to implement an advanced quality control system while maintaining his existing user-friendly HMI/SCADA infrastructure.
